Terms and Conditions

Effective date

Last updated October 27, 2026.

Website scope

These Terms govern the website only. They do not replace a signed estimate, order for service, work order or service agreement. A separate written document, when accepted, controls the moving or labor services described in it.

Who may use the website

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an inquiry or request services. Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, impersonate another person, scrape or resell the content, or submit unlawful material.

Estimates and booking

Website information and initial price, timing or availability discussions are for planning. An online request does not reserve a crew or date. An estimate is nonbinding until the scope and price are confirmed in the written estimate or service agreement. The accepted written service document controls the booked work.

Cancellations, payment and claims

Deposits, hourly minimums, accepted payment methods, due dates, cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, and damage or service claims are governed by the written estimate or service agreement provided for the job. Review those terms before accepting a booking.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact, address, inventory, access and timing information. Tell us about stairs, elevators, gates, parking limits, long carries, large or fragile items, building rules and changes that could affect the work. Prepare the property and items as stated in the accepted service documents, provide safe access and obtain permissions assigned to you.

Submitted information and privacy

We use information submitted through the website to respond, review the job, check availability, prepare an estimate, maintain records and protect the website. Requests are stored securely and used by our office to follow up and schedule confirmed work. Do not submit sensitive information unless specifically requested.

Third-party services

The website may use or link to third-party hosting, communications, security, map or review services. We do not control their availability, content or privacy practices. Your use of an external website is subject to its terms.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, layout, graphics, brand name and logo are provided for personal, noncommercial use. Do not copy, republish, distribute or commercially exploit them without written permission from the applicable rights holder.

Website disclaimer

The website is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that general website information will fit every move. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Website liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent allowed by law, 365 Days Labor Movers is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by a website outage, a third-party failure, or reliance on general website content instead of an accepted written agreement. No monetary cap is created by these Website Terms. You are responsible for claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or violation of another person’s rights, to the extent allowed by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Website Terms are governed by California law, without overriding consumer protections that apply to you. Website-related disputes may be brought in courts with jurisdiction in San Diego County, California. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not contain a class-action waiver. Service disputes remain governed by the accepted service agreement and applicable law.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and updated date. If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the fullest extent permitted by law.
