• Street sweeping: Carlsbad schedules sweeping by street, and schedules differ by address. Check the street-sweeping schedule for the exact street and follow posted signs on move day.
• Parking: if the planned truck or trailer is larger than a passenger vehicle, ask the City whether it may use the intended street space and whether a permit applies.
• Right-of-way permits: if the truck, container, or work area may occupy or obstruct public right-of-way, ask Carlsbad Land Development Engineering whether a permit applies — and agree who checks it before moving day.
