Four things decide the price: whether you need our truck and driver or labor only, the two addresses, the items going on the truck, and access at both ends — stairs, elevators, gates, carry distance.
If you already have a rental truck, trailer or portable container, say so at the start. It changes the crew and the timing, not the care.

Have the basics ready for the call
A rough item list, a preferred date and access notes make the call productive. Photos of the big pieces help more than perfect measurements. If anyone in the household qualifies for a senior, veteran or military discount, mention it — the coordinator includes it in the written estimate.
WHAT YOU APPROVE
The written estimate is the number you pay
It lists the crew size, the charging basis, any minimum, travel charges and extras such as stairs or long carries. No hidden fees and no day-of surprises: what you approve is what the invoice follows.
The coordinator also confirms the schedule, so you know whether the date you want is open before you commit.

Can I request labor-only help?
Yes. Tell the coordinator whether you have a rental truck, trailer, or portable container, and whether you need loading, unloading, or both ends covered.
Can I use the form for a one-address job?
Yes. Packing, unpacking, furniture moving, and loading or unloading at a single property are all bookable through the form — describe the job on the call.
When does the move go on the schedule?
After the coordinator reviews the job and available dates with you and the written estimate is approved. Until then, no crew or date is reserved.
Can I send photos or a detailed list later?
Yes. After the first conversation the coordinator will tell you where to send photos, measurements, or a longer inventory, and they get folded into the written estimate.
