Information you provide
Our estimate form asks for four things: first name, last name, email address and phone number. The estimate form appears on service, city and contact pages. Preferred dates, item lists, photos and access details are discussed by phone or shared by email after you submit the form. If you contact us by phone or email, we receive the information you choose to provide. Do not submit card or bank details, government identification numbers, medical information, passwords or other sensitive information through a general inquiry form. Requests submitted through the website are stored securely and used by our office to review and follow up on them.
Technical information and cookies
Our hosting, security and form services may process an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, error records and anti-spam signals. The site may use technically necessary cookies or local storage to operate forms, maintain a session, remember basic choices and protect the site.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, review locations and scope, check availability, prepare an estimate, schedule confirmed work, maintain business records, prevent fraud or spam, secure and improve the website, and address questions or disputes. Submitting an inquiry is not consent to unrelated promotional email or text messages.
When information is disclosed
Information may be available to authorized office staff, coordinators, assigned moving personnel, and providers that support hosting, form delivery, email, communications, scheduling, storage, security and professional advice. Estimate requests are kept in our internal records and generate an email notification to the office address. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
No sale or behavioral advertising sharing
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
Inquiry, communication, customer and technical records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, scheduling, service, accounting, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. Records are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer reasonably needed, subject to backups and records we must retain.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted website connections and access restrictions appropriate to the systems involved. Access is limited to people and providers who need the information for an authorized purpose. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your privacy choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with an inquiry. Contact us and identify the email address or phone number used. We may verify the request and may retain records required for legal, accounting, security or dispute purposes. We respond according to the law applicable to the request.
Children
This website and our services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it when appropriate.
Links and external services
The website may link to or load services operated by others, such as maps, review platforms or embedded media. Those services may receive technical information from a visitor’s browser and apply their own privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy when the website or our information practices change. The updated date will appear above. Material changes will be posted prominently and apply prospectively.
